This modern, two-story holiday apartment with a south-facing balcony is approximately 70 m² and can accommodate up to five people.

The living room features a sofa bed.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 cm).

The second bedroom has a double bed (160 cm wide) and a sitting area. It has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and sink.

The upstairs bedroom has a television.

A sauna (for a fee) and a reserved, free parking space directly at the house are available.

Coin-operated washing machines, coin-operated dryers, and an ironing station are located in the basement.

A lounge with a fireplace and a games room with table football and electronic darts can be used free of charge.
