Hallway; living room with leather couch, cocktail chair, TV, stereo system, dining area and patio door with access to the garden; kitchen with 2-ring ceramic hob and fridge with 3-star freezer compartment; bathroom with shower and WC; covered outdoor terrace.



Upper floor:

Bedroom 1 with double bed (2x80x200), bedroom 2 with single beds (90x200 and 90x190), stair gate for children available.



General information:

Sockets with child protection; high chair and travel cot can be provided free of charge.



Additional information:

Bed linen and towels are not included and can be booked in advance for an extra fee per person and stay.

A centrally located sauna, washing machine, and dryer are available for an additional fee. The guest fee must be paid per person aged 16 and over, per night. Guests with a disability degree of 100% and one accompanying person are exempt from this fee with appropriate proof; please inform us in advance. Cash payment on site is possible; card payments are not accepted. Our family-friendly holiday complex is located in spa zone 1 of the North Sea health resort, in a quiet 30 km/h zone. The outdoor area offers a garden of about 350 m², a sunbathing lawn, garden furniture, and a covered barbecue area. For children, there is a sandbox, a swing with climbing frame, and plenty of space to play. Each apartment includes a free parking space and a lockable bicycle storage area. The green beach is 400 m away, and the sandy beach is 1,000 m away.
