Holiday home in Duhnen with Wi-Fi and parking

This modern, non-smoking holiday home is situated in a quiet location within a holiday home complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. The sandy beach of Duhnen and the ahoi adventure pool are just a short walk away.

The house has three bedrooms upstairs and an additional small bedroom with a single bed and TV on the ground floor, accommodating up to 7 people.

From the entrance, you enter directly into the large, light-filled living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that lead directly to your own fenced garden with a large sun terrace furnished with seating, loungers, and a beach chair.

The spacious living and dining area inside the house features a large seating area with armchairs, a TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a separate dining area. A small wood-burning stove invites you to cozy up and relax during the cooler months. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven with a ceramic hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. On the ground floor, you'll also find a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a fully equipped bathroom with a window and walk-in shower.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find the bedrooms and another bathroom with a window and shower. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and an additional TV, as well as a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and two single beds, along with storage space.

You can conveniently park your car in front of the house. A beach chair is also available on the beach, depending on the season.

Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know.
