This two-room apartment is located on the first floor of a small apartment building. The approximately 61 square meters of living space are divided into a living room with an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, a hallway, and a small storage room.

The apartment can accommodate up to five people. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is a wide double sofa bed in the living room. An extra bed on wheels can be set up in either the bedroom or the living room.
