Stay in our bright and welcoming holiday apartment in the Duhnen district, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Enjoy a south-facing terrace, garden and beach chair. With two bedrooms, each furnished with two beds, the apartment is ideal for families. Its ground-floor location, with only one step, also makes it suitable for seniors. The beach is just a 7-minute walk away, or 3 minutes by bike. Two bicycles are included in the price (use at your own risk).

The pet-free, non-smoking apartment is located in Duhnen, Cuxhaven’s most prestigious district and well-known spa resort. Despite its peaceful, natural surroundings, it offers excellent access to the beach, Ahoi leisure pool and Duhnen centre. The pool is about 6 minutes away, the beach 7 minutes and the promenade around 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own parking space directly in front. With over 48 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room for a family of four.

The spacious entrance hall provides ample storage for shoes and coats. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, two hobs, microwave and other appliances. The maritime-style bathroom features a shower, automatic ventilation and a large radiator for drying towels and beachwear.

The two bedrooms each have two comfortable beds. The spacious living room includes a dining table that can also be used for family games, plus a large wardrobe. From here, you can access the second bedroom and the south-facing terrace with seating for four. The terrace leads into the large garden, a good portion of which is exclusively yours. A hidden beach chair lets you enjoy the typical North Sea atmosphere even away from the beach.
