This tastefully furnished vacation apartment offers approximately 62 square meters of space for up to 4 people and is located in a quiet area very close to the North Sea.

The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people; a high chair for toddlers can be provided upon request.
The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed; the second bedroom has two single beds.
The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The living room opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and the view of the surrounding area.
Bedding, towels, and Wi-Fi can be booked for an additional fee.

Visitor’s tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price for handling and processing your booking.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with light luggage.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:
