"This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Dexter for a wedding weekend. Our group unanimously declared it one of the largest and nicest homes any of us have ever rented. The kitchen is gorgeous- equipped with more than enough dishes, silverware and kitchen gadgets- often a concern in rentals. Every room was clean and coastal chic, the beds were comfy as well. It’s so rare to find a place for such a large group that still allows for privacy, space, and ample bathrooms. The “sofa” bedroom was private and...

"We spent a fun-filled girls' weekend in Falmouth and had a wonderful time! This charming house was nestled among larger, newer homes in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from a beautiful beach. There was easy access into the house and plenty of parking in the driveway. We took daily walks on Surf Drive along the same street that the Falmouth Road Race uses each year, right along the beach. "They condo was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, and so wonderfully decorated. The grounds were beautiful, with plenty of places to walk. The hosts were lovely, and very responsive and helpful. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and this is by far our favorite. It was central to everywhere, and perfect for friends, families and couples. "Our family of four adult enjoyed a week at this property. Excellent location just far enough away to be quiet but an easy walk to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, house was clean and plenty of towels were provided. The house is very old and has lots of charm. We would book again."
