The nearest hamlet is called Cutrofano famous for the production of the ceramics, probably the most important in the south of Apulia, in town guests can find all kind of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, etc. with short drive is possible to reach the two coasts which are about 25 km away on each side.

The villa was recently restored owner took particularly care in keep the tradition of the original walls mixing them with some modern furniture in order to provide the best comfort possible to the villa’s guests. The large private garden feature a wonderful private pool with walk in steps, equipped with sun beds, there is also an external area furnished with table and chairs for al fresco meals. There is also a private parking area

The house develops in two floor at the entrance there is a little hall with desk, This floor features the first two double bedrooms both of them very large over 30 sqm, each, the rooms features a double bed, and one extra single bed, each room has its own private bathroom with walk in shower.
On the first floor there are the other two bedrooms one with double bed, private bathrooms with walk in shower. The second is the master bedroom of the villa, a very spacious suite of 40 sqm. with double bed, large bathroom with walk in shower and little living area, kitchen with electric burns, an electric oven/microwave, and other appliances.. All rooms have a minibar, all bedrooms have courtesy kit and hair dryer.
Owner of the villa leave discretely in a small dependance near the pool, she would not use the pool while guests are at the property

Location and distances:
The villa is few km from Cutrofano, a wonderful medieval town with all services, and very famous for ceramics art works. The city of Lecce with its airport is only 30 km away. From the villa is easy to reach the two coast sides the Adriatic side with Otranto, and the Ionian side with Gallipoli both side are about 25 km away.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 10am

Security deposit (Refundable):
500.00 Euro that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
