"We enjoyed an amazing stay at this property. It’s very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a week ‘s vacation in New Orleans. The location is close to restaurants and shops. Many things are walkable during the day. I would suggest you Uber at night rather than walk but that’s true of most of New Orleans. We all felt very safe at the property. There are plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool. The hosts responded within seconds. I have three teens who really enjoyed themselves. We...

"We loved the home and were pleasantly surprised by how close we were to magazine street. The modern home made us feel at home with ample space and great layout. Only request would be to get more household basics for the home (spices, cast iron pans, basics like plastic wrap and tin foil, more cups, cutlery and serving items.) we would definitely stay here again! "We had a lovely stay for a family vacation. The location is excellent and the off street gated parking was perfect. It was nice to have room to spread out and it was a very quiet and safe place to relax. I would just be aware that the unit is upstairs in case there is anyone in your party who can't climb. Also the bedroom curtains were rather sheer so lots of natural light comes in - lovely but also woke up my 9 yo pretty early! "

"The Jazz Nest is an absolute gem and we are so happy we stayed there on our trip to New Orleans! The character and charm it has is incredible and made us feel right at home with the NOLA vibe we were hoping for. Every little detail was perfect and it is evident how much hard work and love the hosts put into this space. Great location and close to so many things. "The stay was wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is adding a few dishes. We had 4 people but 2 bowls for cereal in the morning. It didnt bother me because i used the solo cups and i was fine with that. Overall would recommend to someone and would stay again."

"My siblings and spouses booked a stay in New Orleans as it was the halfway point between Destin, Florida and Beaumont, Texas. Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! Located a few blocks from the trolley stop on St Charles, and walking distance from Rouses Grocery Store, it was exactly what we needed. Nearby Pascal Manale’s for fine dining...

"We all loved the house, the location and how easy it was to get to the places we wanted to go. From the moment we arrived it was everything we expected and so much more. Great places to eat and drink with in walking distances and do close to street car stop. The house had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. We had a few nights of thunder and lightening and we spent a lot of time on the front porch as a group enjoying the storm since where we're from we don't see storms like...

"We really enjoyed our stay. One of our favorite pass time was to people watch on the porch. Just sitting there with a nice drink and watch the traffic of people going up & down magazine. Bus stop right in front of the place! Everything practically walking distance. "

"Theres a ton of steep steps to get into the 2nd/3rd floor units. This is however listed in the reviews. Its not ADA accessible at all. The unit was very spacious. Area a little rough but it was cool. They need to do something with the vacant property next door. Grass and weeds tall and not a good appearance. "

"The location was convenient and the house was incredible. Super comfortable beds. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating "

"We enjoyed our stay here, the homeowner was really friendly and the house was conveniently located to some of the more popular areas in town. Having the fenced in yard really made it easy to travel with our dogs. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable and I loved the large bathtub. Would definitely recommend. "

"O Hotel é aconchegante, com uma localização muito boa. Para uma viajem de poucos dias é uma excelente opção. O grande problema foi a falta de higienização do ar condicionado, havia muito mofo que deixava o quarto com um cheiro muito forte. "
