"Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. "Hotel com bela vista. Empregados excelentes (Stefania e a recepcionista), sempre dispostos a ajudar. Para chegar precisa subir uma ladeira, vizinho a Villa Melzi, logo melhor se você tem carro ou tem energia. Tem elevador. Bom café da manhã, mas pode melhorar. Banheiro limpo, mas na última noite ficamos de água quente no chuveiro, consertado logo ao amanhecer. Cama confortável nota 8. Frigobar vazio, logo deve comprar ou pedir antes das 21 horas ( horário dos funcionários ), inclusive água, pois não repõem. Sugiro colocar um filtro de água em cada andar. Bela vista do lago !"
