"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."

"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Amazing apartments … modern., clean, central location. Great facilities.. parking was fine .. I would recommend parking in the medium stay car by the car park which is free after 4pm and then at 8.30 am you can pay 5.90 for whole day and then free again after 4 and on Sundays. I will definitely be going back! "

"We had such an amazing time. Gorgeous barn with so much to do. Fantastic walks on the doorstep and lots to do nearby. The kids had a great time in the pool and playing tennis. Our dog didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend this property."

"The cottage was just perfect for a do nothing weekend. We have an elderly dog who loved the spacious garden and meadow. "Muito ruim. Staff not too friendly. Cold food in breakfast. Room was to be for 4 people but we had 2 bath towels and the sofa bed was not ready for us. Once requested the towel, they gave to me 8 hand towel and gave to me the bed clothes to tidy up the sofa myself. If I’m sleeping in a hotel I want to get what I paid for. If is for me to do it, I stay at home and for free"
