  • Abercrombie Ridge está situado 933 metros acima do nível do mar no final de uma crista elevada que oferece uma vista deslumbrante de todos os aspectos ao longo do vale do rio Abercrombie e da Great Dividing Range. A propriedade é cercada por 133 hectares de terra natural, e 'The Barn' oferece acomodações modernas e contemporâneas no topo de um cenário rural.

    Abercrombie Ridge é completamente isolado e privado. Você tem pleno funcionamento da propriedade e você pode entrar e sair quando quiser, sem interrupções.

    'The Barn' dorme 6-8 adultos confortavelmente e é um grande celeiro estilo americano convertido três quartos que é totalmente auto-contido com grandes áreas de estar e entretenimento - e uma banheira de água quente!

    Os arranjos de dormir no celeiro são três (3) camas queen size nos quartos e dois (2) sofás-cama de casal, um no quarto mezanino no andar de cima eo segundo na sala de estar.

    Os hóspedes podem simplesmente relaxar, enrolar-se com um livro em frente ao fogo ou deitar nas espreguiçadeiras. Você também pode desfrutar de um spa, ir para uma caminhada bush, colocar para fora no deck e ver o mundo passar por ou entreter e desfrutar de um riso com um grupo de amigos.

A beautiful and cosy barn with beautiful views. Such an amazing spot for a weekend retreat. The accommodation provided everyhing you can possibly need for a remote getaway. Lovely host. Would recommend to others and revisit.

Just simply magical. Clean, cozy, pet-friendly, impeccable kitchen, and just nature all around. What more can you ask for? Seriously can't fault this stay with anything. This is one of the best stays out there. The hosts (and their dogs) are extremely accomodating too!

An absolute gem! Abercrombie Ridge is the ultimate sanctuary for anyone looking to relax and reconnect in a beautiful setting. The immense effort and care Russ and Mark have put into this property is truly unmatched, with every detail designed to make you feel at home. A must Visit

This trip was booked for a weekend away with family visiting from Ireland. We all loved it so much, there was lots to do at Abercrombie Ridge, so much wildlife and extremely beautiful views. The perfect location for a family holiday. Thanks so much to the hosts for an incredible stay 😊

Calm and relaxing

Great stay for a weekend with the family. The outlook is beautiful, and the spa and fire pit really allow you to enjoy it all! Best of all, it is a top notch property that's also dog friendly! Would recommend

Perfecttion

Everything about the stay was amazing! The location, accommodation, hosts. Absolutely gorgeous, Russ and Mark have thought of every little detail. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing weekend with family, friends or just a couple. totally per friendly. Our Labrador loved everything even the visit each morning from Jack and Mitch. Can't wait to return!

Perfect getaway

Our stay at Abercrombie Ridge was simply outstanding. Russ was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well every night. The location was perfect, with the most amazing views. I would highly recommend Abercrombie Ridge to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Thank you to Russ for making our stay so memorable!

Beautiful, relaxing retreat

We were greeted with big smiles on entry, and our kids loved their friendly kelpies. The Barn was so tastefully designed, you can tell the owners take great pride and no expense was spared. For myself, it was just super relaxing, the views were incredible, nothing beats the beautiful country side. For my kids, the experience was magic, waking up in the morning to look out the window and see deers and kangaroos, they just couldn't contain their excitement. We flew kites, played lots of outdoor games, and made the most of the games room. We all really had a great time, thank you.

Heaven on ridge

This beautiful spot along the Abercrombie River was the ideal setting for a getaway with friends. Our group of six stayed in the Barn, which exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The Barn is designed perfectly for a group, with comfortable beds, open style living and an amazing kitchen that is well-stocked with quality cooking equipment, making self-catering a breeze. We spent much of our time enjoying the views from this fantastic accommodation, but we also ventured out for some bushwalking and exploration in the nearby National Park. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the hot tub. There’s something magical about soaking in warm water outdoors while gazing at the expansive night sky filled with stars. It was a great way to unwind after a day of activities. Another charming aspect of our visit was the two dogs on the property, Jackson and Mitchel, both Australian Kelpies. They joined us on our bushwalks, and their presence made our experience even more enjoyable. All in all, I can’t think of anything that could have improved our stay. Just a tip for future visitors: make sure to bring all your essentials, such as milk, corn cakes, and bread, as it’s quite a journey to return for forgotten items. Abercrombie Ridge truly offers a luxurious camping experience without the hassle of tents, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with friends.

Phenomenal disconnect from city life

My hubby, kids (4 and 5), dog and I stayed at Abercrombie Ridge for the June long weekend. Our expectations were exceeded based on the property but also the vast countryside around it. It was a lovely weekend that enabled us to completely disconnect from our city life and enjoy nature. The kids adored the property and were obsessed with the kangaroos and had a daily ritual of collecting sticks for the fire. Russ was a great host, he ensured that we had a good handover and then left us to relax into our stay. We can’t wait to come back again! 10/10!

Country birthday weekend getaway

What an amazing place. Close to Sydney yet it feels miles from anywhere. The Barn was so well stocked a fantastic kitchen for cooking and beautifully furnished. Very clean and very well organised. 8 adults really stretched the sleeping layout, it is well set up for 6 people the pull out sofa bed is really only suitable for 1 adult or a couple of kids. All 3 queen beds were luxurious and very comfortable. The outdoor spa was amazing sitting over the valley. Be aware the games room is another building not attached to the barn but very close by and very well set up. You will need to take everything with you and return home with your rubbish. But that really was no problem. Would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for some country vibes and downtime. We celebrated my husband’s 60 birthday with our adult kids and the setting was perfect. An outdoor and indoor fire well stocked with wood completed the stay. We even saw deer and lots of kangaroo close by. Would certainly stay again!

Generosity

Not only is this property elegantly decorated and one with nature, the hosts are generous in their welcome and attentiveness...its those extra touches: personalised welcome note, bottle of sparkling wine, coffee pods and a large box of chocolates, that will always stay with us. This property is highly recommended, thank you for having us Mark and Russ.

Great spot for a relaxing getaway from the city

We had such a good stay at this well equipped and tranquil house. Everything in the description is spot on, but I don’t think I truly understood what an amazing location for this place. Almost 360 degree views from the ridge and some stunning sunsets! We will be back!

Wonderful, relaxing stay

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this property together. It is exactly as pictured (if not better), the barn is gorgeous, the spa is fantastic and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The property really is a great place for a get away, and we are hoping to come back soon. Russ was really fantastic to deal with and helped us out with any issues - thank you for having us!

Perfection on top of the world

You couldn’t ask for more; amazing views, superb kitchen with the lot, fun games room, best spa view in the world & amazing wildlife visitors of wombats, parrots, wallaby’s and deer. Plus the most warm welcoming hosts. We didn’t want it to end !!!

Absolutely amazing

Our group and our dog had such an amazing few days at the Abercrombie Ridge. It was very relaxing and the views during the day AND night were phenomenal! We especially enjoyed taking a stroll around the property and taking in the amazing scenery and watching the sunset with a drink in the hot tub. Spotting wildlife throughout the day was a bonus for us too. Russ was such a helpful and friendly host and we would highly recommend anybody to stay here!
