Providing damp towels when you need to dry off - A couple of the dining table chairs are broken and patched with duct tape -The trash can is in an inconvenient spot where the lid has heavily marked...

"Overall, the home was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It was a short drive to everything, but not very walkable. The common areas were furnished nicely, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Much too hard for our taste. We marked it down for cleanliness because the carpet was very spotty, mainly in the primary bedroom, and the handles, knobs and light switches throughout the house were not clean. High touch surfaces need extra attention in short term rentals. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.The pool & hot tub made it excellent!! It’s located on a corner lot, with a nice privacy fence. We had dinner on the patio every night. The neighborhood was quiet. Our beds were comfortable. Good sheets. Great space. Communicative host. Easy check-in & out. Would stay again. "

"Stayed at this property for 10 days…needed a place with ample space to accommodate members of a bridal party, and work space to finish decorations and other wedding related projects. This house fit our needs perfectly. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable, location was ideal. Driveway had plenty of room for multiple rental cars (no need to search for street parking). Communication with property manager was prompt and clear. I highly recommend this property!"

"Great home base for a long weekend visiting college kids with grandparents! Plenty of room for two seniors, ourselves, and both of our college age kids, with open layout common spaces to gather and and still each have spaces of our own. Home as described, refurbished comfortably. We did not take advantage of the pool (it was raining and we had other plans), but appreciated the close proximity to downtown Mountain View with several good restaurants and so cute shops.
