"We were in Gainesville due to a family member being in the hospital. This house was the perfect location and set up for what we needed. Communication with Chris was awesome and he was extremely helpful when we needed to book an extra night. Plus, we got to see numerous deer every day!"

"Two friends and I enjoyed this clean, comfortable, modern, quiet yet convenient home for a quick getaway. Comfy furnishings and beds. Appreciated the blackout bedroom curtains and Keurig coffee provided. Not shown in photos is a comfy, peaceful patio behind the house.A couple of suggestions the owner could consider providing to make stays even better for future guests: paper towels and/or kitchen towel(s) and some tumbler-style glasses since only wine glasses were available during our stay....

"A great value for a place offering exceptional attention to details and thoughtfully considering the experiences of their guests. It costs about the same as staying at a Hampton Inn, but offers so much more. Easy to recommend to anyone visiting the North Georgia Appalachian Mountains. Well done!"

"Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. "
