"We had a very nice stay at this property. The ocean view was as promised, and the marsh-side decks attached to two of the rooms was nice even though we did not use them. Everything offered was consistent with the listing. The owner was extremely communicative at the onset to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, which I appreciated. The unit was clean, and towels and other needs were ample. I enjoyed the art/pictures on the wall. We felt right at home. Thank you!"

"We love this beach cottage. Of course I always overpack but I am learning pack light. Ashley & Brian are terrific host! If I had a question they made me feel very comfortable to contact them. Weather was pretty except a couple of days but the pool was terrific for a dreary day and small kids. Location is perfect. Will definitely be back!"
