"Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad."

"Katie is great, a little problem and she wanted to fix them right away. It’s vrbo who is controlling everything and instead of me being able to send a picture for the pest control guy to see the kind of roach that the kids see , vrbo’s messages cannot accept pictures and hides Katie’s email address for me to send it to. I am not interested to put that picture here now as it’s supposed to help and not to destroy the facilities image.Other than that, Katie’s place is perfect!"
