"We could not stay in this property, Exterior was overgrown, next to junkyard with misc items in yard, entered the property to an immediate sign stating "off limits" to the basement with a curtain--looked down to debris on steps and wife feeling unsafe. Kitchen floor was sticky, living area was dark, carpet smelled of smoke & dirty socks with furniture stained. Bathroom had urine splatters. "Our family had a wonderful time the weather was warm we had one rainy afternoon and played a couple of games that were available. Our 6 year old loved monopoly and was in the lead most of the time. Used the grill and had our s'mores by the campfire. Communication was perfect. Thank you for sharing your home."
