"Bom atendimento mas , quarto meio desprovido de itens necessários como: cabides, local no box para colocar sabonete, shampoo, com cozinha, o que tomou muito espaço no quarto para circulação. Geladeira duplex muito boa. Conforto de regular para bom"

"O hotel é novo, mas tem alguns problemas de projeto: nao tem gavetas nem guarda-roupas, a televisão não sintonisava nenhm canal. O tamanho do quarto é pequeno é pequeno para o padrão americano. Destaque positivo: estacionamento e self-checkin."

"This place is a maze of hallways you can get lost easily. Breakfast was average and not a stand out since other hotels offer the same. Beats paying $30-40 eating breakfast out somewhere. Bathroom is small. Room is average. With all that said i will stay again since it's one of the better hotels in the area."

"Sadly the pool area needed a good renovation, the hot tub brought in a fair amount of boiling water, which you could feel with your legs, and the shower had little pressure and heat. Breakfast was good but would of benefited from some fruits. 🍉 Sadly, not worth the price."

"The pool was clean and warm, however the room was not cleaned well, there were drink rings on surfaces, the fridge was not wiped out and there was dirty spots on the floor and on the soap tray. The beds were not comfortable at all. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good."

"This property feels more like a wedding and event venue than a motel or a place to spend a relaxing day. The view is absolutely stunning, and the owner (or staff member who assisted us) was very kind and welcoming. The location is also excellent, as it is close to Champlain Centre and only about 8 minutes from the falls, making it very convenient for visitors.
