"I found Arusha Giraffe Lodge with traditional room setting, named with traditional names and very helpful staff. Bar and dinning were very good and kitchen staff prepared breakfast with personalised timing to suit your time included.I enjoyed staying in this Lodge."

"Beautiful property and excellent rooms. Coffee tour was very informative led by a very knowledgeable guide, Yohana. Dinner was very good. Lunch buffet had a good number of options. Breakfast had continental breakfast options and cook to order menu choices. Service was A+++!"

"Funcionários muito simpaticos e prestáveis. Quarto espaçoso. Jantar buffet com comida saborosa."

"Excellent place to stay! Very close to the airport, the staff are SO friendly, and the food is delicious! Definitely recommend!"

Came back to SG Hotel and spoke to the manager who offered a dinner and a drink which we did not accept. I demanded a cash refund which...

"Fine hotel, quiet and respectful/attentive front desk lady. Stayed there night before taking a safari with Meru Slopes👍 They picked me up next morning, easy!"

"The staff were all exceptional!"

"Overall, very disappointed. The price is very high; but services are non-existent; not good value for money. the front desk does not have good attitude. It is even very hard to ask for an extra bottle of clean water. too high priced for low value provided."

Andy was an incredible host—his flawless English and warm personality made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering excellent local knowledge and being incredibly accommodating to our needs. Andy’s helpfulness and genuine care truly set this experience apart. Our only regret is not staying one night. We wholeheartedly recommend Tumaini Home Stay to...
