"Fantastic property to stay in with stunning sea views. This property is just perfect for a break in Dawlish. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, a real home from home! Spy room and gym was a great bonus and the cosy children zone was a big hit ! Hosts Tony and Cheryl were most welcoming and helpful. There was absolutely nothing to fault. We had a wonderful time and we hope to visit again in the future."

"Perfect place to stay for a young family and dog! Great size rooms, safe and secure garden, and everything you could need for a short break. Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. "Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. "We stayed for a family birthday, wanting to be close to Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. The barn was in an idea location to get to both within 25 minutes. The views are beautiful as all the shared space is upstairs so panoramic views from every window. Deborah and Anthony were really responsive, a huge thank you to them. A few more utensils would be handy for cooking but we managed fine and it’s worth being aware the roads are super narrow and lots of potholes, especially if you have low profile tyres....

"The property was in a lovely quiet location, beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Great communication with owners Matt & Abby and very welcoming when we arrived. Location was perfect for exploring Somerset, we visited several National Trust places and the north coast neat Dunster. Lovely weekend away, would definitely stay again and highly recommend."
