Clean and comfortable Check in was messed up. Had us booked under a school group and wrong name. Clerk straightened it out though.

We originally booked this hotel because it was pet-friendly. We ended up not having to bring our pet; however, when we arrived, I was immediately impressed with how clean everything looked and smelled! The staff (Misty and her co-worker on April 27th) were so very kind and pleasant! Our room was cleaned well and looked fresh. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated having control of an AC unit that worked efficiently. The hotel was convenient to restaurants and the interstate. Breakfast the next morning was tasty and very adequate! Hot breakfast items (waffles, eggs and sausage) as well as simple items like toast, cereal, fruit, and oatmeal. I was very impressed overall and super pleased with our experience!

The staff is kind, upbeat and helpful. However, the room was less than desirable. The light bulbs in the bedside lamp didnt work (one was out, the other was flickering). There were cobwebs on the corner wall. The bathroom door does not latch at all. Pretty disappointing, our last stay here was much better than this. A button in the elevator was just a gapping hole. Will probably find another hotel next time I'm in town if the property isn't being managed very well.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and cool upon arrival. Slept okay, bed was lumpy but it’s okay. Bathroom spotless and plenty of towels. Breakfast was hot and clean, breakfast attendant kept up with all the guests that were down there. Check out was also easy. Front desk was friendly at check in and check out. Great job to you all!!! As a former hotel manager I appreciate all your hard work.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Especially the woman who was sitting up the breakfast area. The room was very clean, but the bed was hard as concrete. The hotel is a pet friendly one our room was next to someone with a dog. The walls are thin you could hear the dog winning and barking off and on all night.Our room was also on the 1st floor maybe the room above us had kids because the stomping was not stop.

We arrived after being called that day to confirm we were indeed coming and asking if we had any pets. Would have mentioned that at booking. Got there no one at desk and rang a bell waited until guest agent came out of restroom. She then checked us in and we preceded to room. Opened door and there was other people property in room. Then went back to check in and was given other room cards but stopped at elevator doors and they had given us wrong key cards again. Then got final key cards that were correct. Thought we had gotten a deluxe room but was told booking indicated that was not true but could upgrade for additional funds . Elected to keep. But thought after all the trouble they would have just said sorry for the inconveniences and upgrade us. I myself have worked in customer service for years and we always tried to make our clients satisfied especially when we had made an error. Room was clean and comfortable enough. The next morning when I took shower water did not drain well and stood in bottom of shower. Something I truly hate. Not sure I would repeat with this hotel chain.

Our hotel was located in a convenient area. It was the perfect spot to stop for the night and to continue our trip the next day. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had good offerings and pleasant staff. The check in process was a little troublesome as our key card would not activate to unlock the door. After several attempts and trips back down to the front desk, we were eventually given a different style room. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience but it did seem to make the front desk employee annoyed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, quiet, & safe place to stay on our transition to and from FL every winter. Easy access from highway. Staff is always very friendly & helpful. Love the selection of restaurants within walking distance.

As always, LaQuinta did not disappoint. This hotel lived up to the Brand's reputation: great accommodations for a reasonable price. One issue, and it's not unique to LaQuinta. Our accessible room was on the 3rd floor (a good ADA-compliant room). How does my wheelchair -bound wife exit if there's a fire alarm? Can't use the elevator. Shouldn't all accessible rooms be on the first floor?

We had a pleasant stay here. Clean hotel, comfy beds, HOT shower. Quick 5-10 min walk depending on your speed to Logan's Steakhouse. You can hear hallway noise (walking/talking, doors closing) but that's typical of most hotels. Nice free breakfast with 24 hour coffee available.

Very clean rooms, breakfast was pretty good actually. The lady doing the morning breakfast was so friendly! The young girl who checked us in was not so nice! I asked her if we could have a room where we could see our truck and trailer from the window and she about had a fit!

The property was clean and looked newly renovated. Unfortunately, there was an odd smell (perhaps cleaning solutions). It was hard to overlook, but that’s more or less a personal problem. The room was spacious and clean! I was overall very pleased with my stay! The parking lot is well-lit, and I felt very safe both inside and outside the hotel (traveled alone). I’d definitely recommend this property to others!

The facility and staff were terrific, however there were college age kids in the room next to us that were banging into the walls, screaming, yelling, running up and down the halls, etc ALL NIGHT. We paid a premium price for our room and didn't expect to not get any sleep due to extremely wild kids. The staff should have screened them a little better or at least have some kind of noise policy posted in the elevator or when you register at the desk.
