Nestled in a wide cove away from the main channel, our dock offers a peaceful no-wake area for swimming and water activities. LED lighting illuminates the walkway stairs and swim deck for nighttime enjoyment, while a locked storage closet keeps your refreshments cool and your water toys organized.
The covered boat slip area measures 10' x 28', providing plenty of overhead space for larger or taller boats. Two covered jet-ski ports with pull-on watercraft floating launches make launching and docking a breeze, regardless of the type of jet ski you have. Our dock is equipped with bumpers and fenders to protect your boat from damage.

The swim deck features a convenient 5-step ladder for easy entry and exit into the water. LED lights and plugs ensure visibility and safety at night, while a locked storage closet provides a place to keep drinks and snacks cold, as well as store water toys. We provide chairs and assorted floats for guest use, and there are plenty of shaded areas for relaxation.

Located just 10 minutes from the Smith Lake Park boat ramp by road or boat, our property is perfect for fishing enthusiasts participating in tournaments on Smith Lake. We offer plenty of outdoor outlets for charging boat batteries and ample driveway space for parking boat trailers (up to three trailers).

For extra flexibility, the living room includes a pull-out couch with a queen-sized mattress.
