"They need to pay attention to the small items. Knobs on dresser was broke. Missing vent cover in bathroom. Front desk was never there, you had to yell or call a phone number. Not consistent with continental breakfast. Better maid service. Strong cleaning smell and floors not mopped clean."

"I was not told there was a pool. Staff just checked me in and did not say anything else to me. Inside was good. No bugs. The bathroom ceiling has peeling paint and the floor by the sink was filthy.
