There is no need a lift or stairs to access the apartment from the entrance of the building and importantly, the apartment is equipped for winter and summer, you will not be cold or hot! Playa del Dosel is the closest one, it is a beach that every year receives the Blue Flag for the quality of its waters, it has a sanitary post, lifeguards, beach-bar and several good restaurants to enjoy our gastronomy :)
