"Check in was easy you get a code sent for the front and room door, very well equipped with a small kitchen area with a fridge which when travelling with a dog was really useful for the food. Bed lovely and comfy with a small balcony area to sit out and as the weather was so good was perfect. Ample parking with a very short walk into Aviemore, plenty local shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants to choose from "

"This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 6- 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids. It’s charming and cozy and the perfect home base for adventures in the highlands. One member of our group fell at a restaurant and spent the rest of our stay in a wheelchair. The house is very accessible and Susan was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights and we were very pleased with the property. It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 10 min walk into aviemore and 12 min drive to landmark adventure forest. The host communicted well, confirmed our booking with a personal text messge and contacted us on the day of arrival to ensure everything went smoothly. Excellent accommodation."

"The home was comfortable, gracious and a perfect setting for quiet time, long walks and day trips to highlights of the Highlands. "Eagle’s Nest was beyond our expectations! The description was accurate but everything was that and so much more. We had a family of 16 with ages from 7-79 and there was something for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms very comfortable and clean. You couldn’t ask for more! We world recommend highly."

Great location just on the outskirts of Aviemore and also good dog walking opportunities. Easily accessible parking, with a nice fenced dog friendly garden and a variety of seating opportunities – we were lucky with the weather and even had breakfast in the garden in March! - we loved our stay."
