Flamenco Beach is a public beach on the Caribbean island of Culebra. With much of its adjoining reefs protected as a wildlife preserve by the US Fish and Wildlife Service, the pristine beauty awaits a selected lucky few. It is known for its shallow turquoise waters, white sand, swimming areas, and diving sites. It stretches for a mile around a sheltered, horseshoe-shaped bay. Playa Flamenco is a popular beach destination.

Studio located in the Concrete Module #1, that has a Queen-size bed, fully-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a deck with a private BBQ Grill. Maximum allowance is two people.

We will be easily reachable through Airbnb messaging to assist you with any questions or concerns. In case of an emergency, please call 911.

Dear guest, before booking please take note of the following:
* Please note that the property is prepared for the enjoyment of two guests only. If there are any extra guests, an additional fee of $50.00 will be charged for each guest and for each night.
*Please note that inflatable mattresses are not permitted, and we kindly request guests not to ask for extra sheets for additional guests beyond the specified limit per unit. Thank you for understanding and respecting these guidelines.
* We are pleased to provide complementary starter dish soap, bath soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. However, please note that Flamenco Beach is a public beach and does not provide lifesavers. Therefore, please swim at your own risk. Additionally, please be aware that we have a water heater only in the shower. We do not offer beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, insect repellent, beach umbrellas, bbq charcoal, coolers, cooking oil.
* Our natural reserve location is home to a variety of animals, including chickens, iguanas, deer, cats, bees, seagulls, frogs, turtles, coqui, ants, Asian cockroaches, mosquitoes, no-see-um, sand flies and flies. Please note that the coquí frog is a small tropical frog that is widespread throughout the island and has a very recognizable breeding call that rises in pitch and sounds like a whistled CO-KEE during the night.
* The window air conditioner decibels range from 33 dB to 67 dB, with 56.4 dB being the average and 56 dB being the most common.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate last-minute date changes once a reservation is confirmed, as bookings require advance planning, cleaning coordination, and calendar blocking.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially when traveling to an island destination like Culebra, where weather or transportation factors may affect plans.

Beach bonfire or at the complex are prohibited by law.
To conserve the environment and save energy, please turn off the lights while you are not in the apartment.
Please wash all sand off before enter the villa.
We have septic tank:
Please flush pees and poops only, no paper products.
Only liquids down the kitchen drain.
Please discard all cooking oils, grease/fats, food debris and coffee grounds into the trash.
