"Great stay! You can't beat that view. Nice breezes and very close to town. The amenities are good: smaller cooler, beach towels (though a couple extra would be nice) beach chairs, ceiling fan and good ac in the bedroom, blender etc. Internet was reliable and good (able to stream and Facetime without issue) One thing, not private at all, you will be sharing a balcony with the larger unit next door. Didn't bother us but book the upstairs unit for max privacy. Overall, the unit is clean and tidy...

"We're so grateful to Simona for this stay! After our prior stay turned out to be a health hazard, we found her property, contacted her about moving in immediately, and she was amazingly accommodating and helpful. Her place is great – we loved the rooftop, there's plenty of space, it's clean, everything worked... basically how a stay should be! It's very close to some lovely beaches and the ferry, and we highly recommend it!"

"Excellent place to stay for a few days or a week. The property is relaxing and ideally located just outside of Esperanza. Quiet evenings listening to the frogs and daily visits from the horses. Best suited for a couple or a couple with a teenager that wants their own space. Home is very well setup with all you need. Lovely place and a unique experience- highly recommend!"

Se apresenta como hotel mas na verdade é um Airbnb disfarçado . A localização é excelente ! A poucos passos dos melhores restaurantes , do ferry , e de pontos de interesse . Mas, nao tem equipe , limpeza de quarto, recepção e qualquer funcionário que te receba ou esteja disponível . O quarto é bem simples e conta com um frigobar que apesar de estar funcionando estava vazio e um Microondas . A televisão do quarto não tem nenhuma programação disponível e você não consegue nem instalar seu Netflix...
