The best of the best! Stunning views overlooking the Pacific Ocean - Tilbury Cove, Culburra Beach and all the way to Shoalhaven Heads. Tilbury Breeze is a beautifully presented and well-appointed two storey townhouse set in a magnificent waterfront location.
Just walk down the timber stairway to Tilbury Cove for a cooling dip or to walk along the shores of Culburra Beach. Warrain beach is also just 200 m from the property. After a day at the beach sit back on the balcony and relax while watching the dolphins at play.
Consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, living and dining area with views and double garage to park the cars. The fourth bedroom contains a double sofa bed and can be used as either a bedroom or a quiet reading room.
Tilbury Breeze has everything you need for your perfect vacation. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite, the second bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a third bathroom in the laundry which has a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Situated only 2.5 hours from Sydney and Canberra, Culburra Beach is the ideal holiday destination whether you are looking for an extended stay or simply a weekend getaway.
The parking for this Villa is a double garage, no cars are to be parked outside of the garage on the common area. Any extra cars that do not fit in the garage must be parked off the premises. This is a Strata complex and Strata By Laws must be adhered to at all times when staying at any of these villas

Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Some of our properties are well suited to longer stays. For bookings of 30 nights or more, we may be able to offer a reduced rate compared to what’s advertised. Please feel free to get in touch with our team with your preferred dates, and we’ll be happy to look at the best available rate for you.

For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/manager’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security we will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held by us and not disbursed until after your departure.

Not the best place, i have been to cheaper nice places
The view is beautiful, but that's all there is
the house is very old, the furniture was very dirty, the door did not close, it left a slit [ we went during winter and froze all night].
Every game they provided was missing, and the cards of 4 different games were mixed together [super frustrating].
There was no soup [apart from a tiny sliver of unscented, cheap soap]
Although management replied very quickly, they did not care about my complaints and gave no compensation whatsoever
Very unhappy with our stay, save your money and book another location

Beautiful ocean view home.
The property which we booked was in the best location of Culburra beach. In the living room , ocean view was so relaxing and beautiful. The house was clean and bright.
Just , dish washer wasn’t washing well as we had to wash the dishes by hands and there is no dishwashing liquid there! Also , we couldn’t use the pots and pans there as they are really old and needs to be change.

Agreeable place for an escape from the Sydney chaos.
Upon arrival we found a cozy place with a nice arrangement of amenities.
We loved the diversity in cooking ustensiles which came to be useful throughout the whole stay, as well as the access to the bbq.
We found that having access to a scrapping sponge, or any sponge fit to clean the bbq would've been an amazing addition to the cleaning amenities in the house.
We had some troubles accessing the keys of the house as the safe's release black button was hard to pull down.

Comfortable Beachside Property!
Second time staying at this Tilbury Cove villa and first time with a toddler in tow, and I enjoyed my time here as much as the first time. The villa is well maintained with a large kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to make a big breakfast, picnic lunch and gourmet dinner. My family and I loved lounging around on the balcony facing Culburra beach.
Three bathrooms and three rooms with a fairly large lounge and dinning area gave my family more than enough room to do our own thing or gather together.
It's a seconds walk down the private access to the beach, perfect for the daily and afternoon walks along the beach.
Highly recommended and will definitely be staying again.
