From the deck, relax on the ample lounges, savour delicious barbecues, and relish the view of the in-ground swimming pool and the panoramic vistas of Warrain Beach, Currarong, and the headland.
Dayz Dreamin offers a well-appointed layout to ensure your comfort and relaxation. On the first level, you'll find a queen bedroom, a rumpus room with a selection of books, games, and a TV with Xbox, as well as a small home gym setup. For added comfort, every bedroom is equipped with heaters, with ceiling fans & pedestal fans throughout the house to provide a pleasant environment for both winter and summer stays.
On the second level, you'll discover three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a luxurious deep bath for ultimate relaxation, and a walk-in robe. The bunk room offers two sets of single bunks, perfect for the little ones, while the third bedroom provides a comfortable queen bed. Both upstairs and downstairs TVs are connected to Wi-Fi, allowing you to access your own Netflix, Stan, or Foxtel Go accounts, ensuring you never miss your favourite shows.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

Noise at Properties: NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.
Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

We stayed for a week for a family getaway with 3 kids and 6 adults. The location and outlook is great, amazing to wake up to the view every day and the pool and grassed area was perfect. Lots of space to spread out and have downtime. That said, for the price the house has some very big issues. There is no gate on the stairs or even an option so it’s not safe for small kids at all. The fridge and freezer in the kitchen have seals that don’t work so they don’t keep food cold and constantly beep. The ovens do not work, there are no instructions and even after calling someone that services these ovens regularly, they could not be worked and no help was provided to get them to work. The bathroom upstairs between 2 bedrooms have taps that leak so badly that the whole vanity is covered in water. Whilst the inside of the property is clean (for the most part) there balcony was filthy and covered in dirt and grime. We had to wash down the balcony and attempt to get rid of some of it as our feet were black after walking on it. There were also cupboard with random clothes in them and little space to store clothes in some wardrobes. No hangers, no washing basket, no pegs. There was also a random car parked in one of the garages so it couldn’t be used at all. Overall, the house was a good size and the outlook was nice. That said, there were major flaws and little to no help was provided to rectify it. Really disappointing and not worth the price.

Location of the property is excellent with access straight on to beach. Large open living and kitchen area is great for gathering family together. We stayed in winter so didn’t make the most of the amazing pool and decks. Would be excellent in summer.
Only issue is that we booked for 11 people and the property is really only set up for max 10. We couldn’t seat everyone around the dining table, not enough chairs and lounges, they were short on the mismatched glasses & crockery, limited/missing staples in the pantry and not enough cooking equipment for a group this size.
Property management were responsive when we raised issues but the large number of these smaller issues certainly took away from overall experience.

The house is great, bedrooms are great, location on the beach is great.
Unfortunately only half the fridge working when there are 12 people staying is the house is not great. Only half a dishwasher working is not great. Running out of dishwashing tablets and dishwashing liquid on night one is not great. Providing only 2 tea towels for a whole weekend with 12 people is not great.
Who ever is equipping the house, needs to keep in mind that 12 people use a lot of things in the kitchen, have a lot of food to keep refrigerated.
Also, rather than the normal process of putting a payment on hold for a bond on the property I was made to pay $500 upfront, charged credit card fees on top of that and have to wait 14days for the $500 to be refunded to me.
Disgraceful.

This house was amazing, location and set up was lovely. Beds were comfortable and lots of living space. Down side late check in for having paid a significant amount of $ . And No AC and it was HOT! But so so beautiful and peaceful! Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone looking for somewhere to spend a relaxing weekend away. The view is spectacular & the house has everything needed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were lucky enough to spot some whales as soon as we arrived!

We were all excited for the weekend and very excited to be able to stand on the deck and watch whales and dolphins in the ocean. It was a great location and the local club picked us up in the courtesy bus picked us up and took us home. There were plenty of beds in the house and lots of living space. We needed more lounge space in front of the tv but other than that it was fantastic
