Cleveland Place is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring a modern kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, and two fridges. It includes a dining area, two living areas, and comprehensive laundry facilities.
Enjoy the cosy living area featuring a smart TV. The second living area boasts an arcade games table with classics like Space Invaders, Pacman, Galaga, and Donkey Kong, ensuring fun for everyone. The covered area out back offers even more entertainment with a table tennis setup and a darts board.
After a day of surfing, swimming, or fishing, fire up the BBQ and unwind. You can also take a relaxing walk along the beach, savor delicious food and coffee at nearby cafes, or lounge in the hammock with a good book. On cooler winter evenings, gather around the fire pit and enjoy toasting marshmallows.
Nearby attractions include three golf courses, several sports clubs, and the bustling town of Nowra, which offers a movie theatre and shopping centres. Less than an hourās drive away, you can explore regional wineries and the charming towns of Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, and Jervis Bay.
For the more adventurous, kayaks and surfboards are available for hire from the surf school at Culburra Beach, just a minuteās drive away. Thereās also a lovely playground and BBQ area next to the lake, as well as nearby tennis courts for hire.
Fishing enthusiasts will find excellent spots at Crookhaven River, Greenwell Point, and Orient Point, with ample space at the property to store your boat. Local attractions include Callala Beach, a 15-minute drive away. Further towards Currarong, youāll discover more secluded white sandy beaches, including the beautiful Honeymoon Bay. Don't miss the delicious seafood at Greenwell Point.

Linen All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO beach towels.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Notes Code of Conduct: Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
Noise at Properties: NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.
Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driverās licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the ownerās/agentās discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

There were a few cleanliness problems. There was mould on the shower curtain in the laundry and on the vertical blinds, the mirrored wardrobe doors in the main bedroom were not clean and the windows were not clean. A check blanket in the wardrobe of the main bedroom has dog/cat hair all over it. The kitchen had everything that you would need to prepare meals, bed were comfortable, lounge was so so to sit on. The outdoor setting was to far away from the house, especially on wet days, so we moved it to the back veranda but the table was to heavy for us to move back to were it belonged, it should be on the back veranda so itās closer to the house. The ping pong table is in bad condition, so should be moved to where the outdoor setting was set up or removed all together. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time and was close to the beach.

2 of the vertical blind cords fell out & one of the blades fell off in the back room

Area is lovely, house exactly what we needed. The beaches and short trips possible from Culburra kept us busy on the warmer and cooler days, Honeymoon bay and lighthouse highlights

Issues to be checked by management :
1. The shower& toilet in the laundry is not a second bathroom.
2. There is no covered parking for car as the roof has been removed.
3. There is a problem with cockroaches but this could be due to wet weather.
4. The pillows need replacing in the 2 bedrooms used.
5. These are really quite minor issues and are stay was most enjoyable despite 4 very wet days. Thank you for the great service.

In serious need of some love and care (renovation). Amazing location though. FYI no cafe or places to eat were either open or accessible. If you need to cook 3 meals a day then itās best you stay at a property with a more functional and updated kitchen.

Very well located home, just 2 min walk to the beach, which is spectacular. We were two families with 3 kids and a mini Cavoodle. Each one found things to at home, good selection of books, 2 tvs, table tennis, massive enclosed back garden, Pac Man video arcade game, immaculate bbq, wireless speaker, board games... Kids wanted to move there on a permanent basis. Definitely I will recommend this place.

We had a great family holiday here with 2 adults, 1 teenager, 2 kids and 2 dogs. House had everything we needed and more. Big backyard for the kids and dogs. Very easy walk to the beach. The kids loved the old school arcade games. Beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

A Home away from Home.
We had everything we need, the house was very clean and tidy and the beach is a short 2 min walk. My fur baby loved it.
We felt very relaxed and comfortable, and will definitely be booking here again.

Close to the beach and plenty to explore in the area. Pet friendly was a bonus and the beach being off leash too. House is great for a family with plenty of room. We loved the ping pong table and arcade games.

Great set-up for a family with teenagers. Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Kids and husband loved the classic arcade game and table tennis. Fabulous well-secured backyard for dogs. Super location, so close to the dog friendly beach. Hope to return.

A great location close to the beach and a short walk to the local shops. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. Our kids loved the ping pong table and arcade games. The perfect house for a relaxing long weekend.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The backyard was big enough for my 4 year old to run around in and the arcade game table and table tennis tables were a huge hit. The check-in process was simple and the agent was fast to respond to queries. The only down side to this place was that there was a bit of dog hair inside the property but this is to be expected in pet friendly accommodation. Thankyou, we will be back again.
