Beaches at Culburra is perfectly positioned within a 2-minute stroll to the sands of beautiful Culburra Beach and less than a 4-minute stroll to Warrain Beach. Both beaches are patrolled during the summer months and are dog friendly, so the whole family can enjoy the golden sands and crystal blue waters that Culburra and Warrain beaches offer.
Beaches at Culburra is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach house. The master bedroom has one queen bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both of these rooms are located upstairs along with the kitchen, living and dining area and main bathroom. The third bedroom with one queen bed is located downstairs along with the second bathroom.
Beaches at Culburra offers an open plan living with a modern kitchen and breakfast bar, dining, and living room. It features large floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding doors at the front and back of the living areas, each leading to a deck. These windows let in plenty of sunlight all day, as well as cross-ventilation so you can smell the sea air and hear the waves. There is a second living room downstairs if you are looking for a quiet spot on your own. The back covered deck features seating for six people, a stainless steel BBQ, a gas heater and overlooks the large, level back yard which is fully fenced and secure on all sides. It is perfect for a family game of cricket, for pets and children to run and play safely, or to sip on a wine in the shade of the grand old willow tree.

Linen: All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO beach towels.
Property Specific Notes: Pets are welcome at this property. There is a AUD 100 surcharge to have your pet stay. This surcharge may vary depending on the length of the stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
If you bring a pet, a surcharge will be added after the booking is placed.
This property does NOT have internet access or WiFi.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Notes Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and Conditions: Detailed terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the terms and conditions with your other guests.
Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.
Long Stay Discounts: Some of our properties are well suited to longer stays. For bookings of 30 nights or more, we may be able to offer a reduced rate compared to what’s advertised. Please feel free to get in touch with our team with your preferred dates, and we’ll be happy to look at the best available rate for you.

For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/manager’s discretion.
Peace of Mind: For your added security we will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held by us and not disbursed until after your departure.

House is in a great location, excellent access to the beach and nearby coffee shop.Check in process was easy and good communication from the agent.We had 2 dogs with us and the backyard was huge and totally secure so they had a blast.Property itself suited us as there was plenty of room. Only thing I would call out is that there was a lack of washing up items in the kitchen, no tea towels were provided and I would have expected at least a couple of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid to have been provided as well. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful beach experience
We had a wonderful experience in Culburra. Property is great for families with pets as this has fully enclosed fencing. Property is clean and spacious. Would like to have wifi and air conditioning which will make this property exceptional.
We were given 2pm early check in but message was received at 1:30 pm. Bit difficult to use early check in as we had a 4 hr drive.
Finally Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beach getaway.

Beaches At Culburra
Beaches at Culburra is well located a short walk to the southern end of the beach. The house is well appointed and the high breezy aspect of the back deck is really great. The house could have been cleaner on arrival with carpets looking tired and dirty. Also too, some more crookery and cutlery would be an improvement.

Great Stay
This is a great house, short walk to patrolled area of Culburra beach. We took our Vizsla, who also loved the beach, perhaps more than us! The backyard was massive when we went out.

Great location
Short walk to two beaches, and scenic lookout. The closest beach is great for kids and dogs. Great backyard for dogs. Well equipped kitchen. Great back deck. Loved the outdoor shower. Handy to have a washing machine and dryer. Close to supermarket and cafes. Nice glimpses of the ocean. Nice decor. Comfy armchairs. Big extra charge to bring our dog that we were not notified about until the day before we arrived. Not much privacy. House had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived. The extra charge for not cleaning the bbq properly was a bit steep which meant that we avoided using it in case it was not deemed clean enough. No wifi.

Perfect break from City living.
A lovely holiday home; clean and well kept, with a great garden space for your dog (and kids) to run round. A three minute walk to the beach (and less to the coffee shop). If you’re looking for an escape from the city, it’s perfect.
