"The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. Woodworking professionals will appreciate the hardwood floors held together not by nails but of wood pegs. They are uneven at certain parts of the Spanish era home. But that is part of the charm.
