"Called reception before staying as I wanted to clarify the room size ( the Expedia site said 3m sq) - no answer and no call back. I booked anyway. Reception staff member was fine, however the room was not. Dining table sticky with something - lucky I had antiseptic wipes. The bathroom had glue stuck to the floor in multiple areas and the toilet had yellow residue around the rim and a broken toilet seat. "Room was ok for a single night. Apartments did not seem well built. Had poor ventilation and smelt of curry. Bad sound insulation. Beds ok, not great. Pillows need improvement. Parking in street was fine. We could hear people banging around at 5:30. Linen was good quality and clean. Room was clean. We haven’t stayed in Adelaide before so nothing to compare with but it seemed expensive for what we got. "

I stayed in room 607, and on the same floor, an all-night party took place—noisy, with people screaming in the corridors, making it impossible for anyone else to sleep. I politely asked the guests to lower their voices, called and spoke twice with the reception, all to no effect. The management showed total disregard for the comfort and rights of other guests. I didn’t expect Australians to behave in such a gross and selfish...

"Everything about Breakfree proved to be great during my 2 day stay. It was an excellent and stress free experience. I plan to stay there again if the price remains affordable. Thank you once again for providing good accommodation with kitchenette, iron and hairdryer included. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location too in Melbourne St, Nth Adelaide!"
