"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and well supplied with essentials. The property is well maintained and safe. We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. The property owner communicated well with us and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were not prepared for was the traffic noise. "Was beautiful peaceful grounds! Wouldve liked a closer water view but was still very nice. Love the kitchen! The giant shower Jacuzzi tub was not in use so that was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in this lovely place."

"Condo needed some TLC. Sliding door did not slide well or close well. Interior doors were not clean. Instructions did not include what we might need like trash bags, salt and pepper, extra paper towels. Only 1 set of towels for 2 adults for a week in bedroom 2. 2 sets for 2 adults in bedroom 1. Only 3 dishwasher cubes for 4 adults for a week. Overall a good week."

"A few of the amenities are the reason for a 4star rating. We didn’t use them much but the hot tub didn’t work and we really found the rules and time range for using these to be a bit inconvenient. We were the type to be out seeing the area during the day and the beaches and fishing and to not be able to use the pool because it was closed turned us off. We were there to sit by the pool during the day, we can do that at home the pool was to relax when we got back but didn’t workout that way. Other...

"For a slightly older property, it was in very good condition. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable with good views of the nature area next door and the ocean."

"This was a great accommodation for my family. Ages 21-52. Spacious. Nice rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Had our morning coffee on the balcony with view of the Ocean. Nice relaxing time at the pool during the day and close enough to Duvall for evening fun/dining."
