It features a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and autonomous entry. A comfortable and quiet accommodation, perfect for discovering the coast and natural environment of Asturias with total comfort.



Services and common areas

Community coexistence rules must be respected. Respect neighbours' sleeping hours and take special care with noise when moving through the community's common areas, especially during check-in.

House Rules

Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation. For Airbnb bookings, no deposit will be required. During high season, apartment access hours are indicative and are subject to the needs arising from maintenance and cleaning actions.



The maximum check-in time is 23:00 h. Late entries are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for access to the accommodation after that time. Thank you for your understanding.
