"We as a family of four spent eight days at the property beginning of August '25 (wet season) and enjoyed every day. The location was great being in the middle of Samara with a simple three-minute walk to the beach. The ice cream parlour across the road was a hit with the girls. "This was our second stay. We live 2 hours away, and this condo has become our favorite "staycation" spot. We returned becasue it is dog friendly, clean, and the managment is competent, kind, and non invasive. "

"Loved the house! It’s really clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The views are amazing. My daughter sprained her ankle so we had a rental car and drove the 5 minutes in to town and enjoyed all of the restaurants and shopping there. We ate at Fish and Cheeses (at the end of the street) twice and it was really good. My teens loved going to the pool after a long day at the beach. The guys at the gate and the cat welcomed us in and out each day. Would stay here again!!!"

"This lovely villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Spacious living area and delightful porches. Felt very safe and secure. Would have appreciated better water pressure in the shower, but I also understand we were visiting a country that is working hard to control water usage. We would go back to this property any chance we had! "

"When I want a quick Costa Rican vacation I always stay within Reserva Conchal where this unit is located. The unit is simply fantastic. It has everything you need in the house including laundry. The home was clean, the host was very responsive for the one small issue we had and overall the place was fantastic and well priced.The only thing I wish the unit had was a BBQ on the patio, but there is one at the pool which we used while we waited out the rain. "The condo was an excellent value for our month-long stay in Tamarindo; it is a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants as well as the beach, but on a quiet back street that gets little noise day or night.
