"The home is beautiful, with expert attention to detail. The bed linens seemed chosen specifically for each room. The views were especially delightful, day and night. We were lucky to have a 3/4 moon over the Fox River, a fire in the fire pit, and morning coffee on the deck. I would recommend this home for any event. Spacious, comfortable, and near fun things to do, such as kayaking on the Fox River."

"Ronnie was absolutely professional and kind. His boat "Pure Pleasure" completely lived up to its name. Everyone on the dock at the marina was kind. My kiddos enjoyed the boat and all of its amenities. We were able to watch movies, cook what we call "boat burgers", fish on the dock, get some much needed relaxation, as well as listen to some music. "We had a birthday celebration for our mother at the home. Everything was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the property. The weather was great so some family members spent time reading outside in the screened-in gazebo. The children played on the playground, and it was nice for them to have a place to play safely. Perfect for enjoying the outdoors -- several spaces from which to enjoy a lovely view of the river, take a short walk with the dog, etc. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable -- exactly as described. Very much appreciated being able to bring our dog. The property felt very private/secluded even though it's close to town. I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored. The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable. "I am writing this message to express my deep dissatisfaction with the hotel's attitude. Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at this establishment, but unfortunately, the experience was marked by a lack of transparency and respect for guests. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was asked to provide a deposit of USD 50.00, with the promise that the amount would be refunded within 3 days after my departure. However, 15 days have already passed and the hotel has not yet fulfilled its obligation. This lack of responsibility and respect for guests is unacceptable and led me to question the hotel's integrity and credibility. It is essential that guests are treated with respect and transparency, and that promises are kept. I would like to warn other users not to use the services of this hotel. The lack of responsibility and respect for guests can cause problems and inconvenience, and it is essential that guests are aware of this before making a reservation. I hope that the hotel will take measures to correct this situation and improve its attitude towards guests. Until then, I cannot recommend the services of this hotel."
