The staff here are fantastic - friendly, welcoming and actively helpful. The detail in the cleaning let it down a notch; and arriving at 1.30am, there was no time or energy to raise it. Everything about this place was magical. From the moment we entered the grounds gates to the time we left. The service was top notch and the room, falcon experience, massage, and dinner were better than we could have ever expected. We can’t wait to go back and next time, we I’ll stay longer.
