Stay in Crozet Mountain Suite in Downtown Crozet

There are two studio loft apartments on the second level of our building. The ground level is commercial space occupied by our real estate office, Stevens & Company. There are 21 fairly steep steps to the second level.

The second level was once a toy store and was renovated in 2005 into two apartments. Our studio apartment features an open living area separated into sitting area with sofa and comfy chair and sleeping area with queen-size bed. There is a wide-screen HDTV with Comcast Xfinity and local channels and wireless high-speed internet.

The full kitchen is open to the rest of the apartment and features a full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware.

There is a full bath with stand-up shower. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.

The building is a very short distance from the train tracks that pass through Crozet.

Place was in a perfect location for food and wandering around. Room was nice, and as described. Clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Scent on linens from laundering was mild but still bothered my allergies. Not their fault, I am just very sensitive. Banana nut bread was a nice treat!

We only stayed one night en route to another destination, but it was very cute! It had everything you need plus itā€™s got good restaurants and coffee shops right next door. This would be a great place to stay if you were hiking and going to the nearby wineries!

Two other couples I know have stayed here and enjoyed their stay. My husband and I loved the location, the bed was super comfortable, and overall it met our needs. The only issue (and it was a big one) was the other group in the unit next door. Our neighbors were smoking weed, shouting and partying late on Friday and Saturday nights. It really ruined our sleep both nights. If I stayed here again, it would be if I knew the other group and had confidence they would be quieter neighbors.

The check in process and communication with the owner could not have been easier. And upon arrival, we were thrilled with the cleanliness and all the fine touches the apartment has to offer. The location was great - Crozet is such a quaint town and close to Charlottesville, but far enough so my daughter could also enjoy a break away from campus life! We'll be back!

We stayed 2 nights. Check in was very straightforward as was the property description. The coffee shop downstairs and Fardownerā€™s restaurant were both excellent. We appreciated the amenities in the bathroom - soap, shampoo, toothpaste and anything else a traveller might need. Although we did not bring our dog, there were bowls, toys and biscuits for the canine traveller.

Peefect location in the center of Crozet above a coffee shop and breakfast diner with an amazing pizza shop and another breakfast place across the street. Easy check in with parking right out front. The unit was clean and spacious and even has a nice little bistro table for those who want to prepare or bring back food for a nice romantic dinner. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

If you want to explore Crozet, this is the perfect place! This apartment was in the heart of town, where you are within walking distance to a handful of restaurants and coffee shops. Not to mention great breweries and vineyards that are only a very short car ride away. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, including a fresh loaf of banana bread waiting for you upon arrival. The detailed touches were appreciated! Charlottesville is only 20 minutes away, which made it very convenient to go catch a UVA baseball game during our stay. Crozet is such a cute little town and so fun to explore, and convenient to everything. This apartment is the perfect home base! Host was very kind and communicative ā€” highly recommend!

This is a great home-base - a number of walkable places nearby, but also so easy to drive further out. The apartment had all the basic amenities and was very cozy. My only tiny complaint was that the sheets were polyester and slid around a lot. But, still so glad I stayed here for my little getaway!

Communication with the manager was very good and easy. The space was roomy and cozy - I wanted to take the sofa home with me. We definitely would return for another stay while in the area and recommend it to friends.

We attended a wedding at Montfair Farm and were looking for a nice quiet room close by, preferably with a place to have breakfast and lunch before the wedding. The Square in Crozet provided us with very good choices for meals. The Mountain Suite was comfortable and clean. And the banana bread was very good! Only wish there had been hangers for wedding clothes, instead of just hooks.

Stay in Crozet was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. My husband and I attended a wedding at a vineyard that was only five minutes away and this was the perfect spot to stay! It was very clean, nicely appointed. Plenty of space and great, high ceilings. Felt very comfortable. Nice little kitchen with full refrigerator and stove. Wish the shower was a little less tight, and neither of us are large people. We did have some problems sleeping through the nights, which we finally figured out was the trains passing through at night, about 50 feet away. Those are the only two complaints, and there's not much to be done about the trains. Overall, great place to stay, we felt very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay! Beautifully decorated, super clean, extra toiletries were provided in case you forgot anything! The bed was super comfortable! Banana bread was left at our door which made for a fantastic late night snack after the local winery! The hosts were extremely accommodating to my needs! Will Def stay again! Oh and theres an awesome old town diner right around the corner (forgot the name). The food was delicious and actually homemade, breakfast or lunch served anytime of the day! Thank you!!!
