When I booked the room, I did so with a note that my husband was having surgery locally the next morning and it was essential we had freshly cleaned bedding and towels.
The first room we checked into had urine on the toilet, long hair stuck to the floor, the sink, and hair in the shower. The comforter had dried food stick to it, there were hairs in the sheets. They moved us to another room and said they'd take $50 off our stay. Haven't seen the final receipt yet. The walls are thin and the hallway traffic was loud. Cable and phone didn't work.
Bed was super comfy.
