"We had a smoke free room but there were so many construction workers there smoking cigs and cigars that the halls smelled horrible and it was seeping in to the room. Room was very outdated and needed lots of love…Will not ever stay there again."

"We showed up to the hotel for check in and they were running behind. They said it’d be a couple of more hours before we could check in. We spent the evening with family and came back to our room. Our non smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes. We slept with the window all night to help with the smell. The front desk said there was nothing they could do.
