"O hotel é muito bonito. Piscina, academia e ótimo spa. Quarto grande. Comprar jantar antecipado eh mais barato. Generosos no reabastecimento das garrafas de água no quarto. Os funcionários não trabalham felizes, por vezes chegam a ser ríspidos. Não tem frigobar. O cardápio é igual sempre, no café da manhã e no jantar. Me cobraram duas vezes as diárias mas devolveram, contudo o IOF será cobrado no meu cartão pois não cancelaram o lançamento, simplesmente devolveram em duas operações diferentes. "

"A lovely hotel with all the facilities except a car park. But there's plenty off parking nearby, so not a problem. Our room was clean, bright and had a wonderful outlook. Definitely worthwhile having a sea view room. The bar was well stocked and the restaurant served top quality food which was cooked to perfection. But a special thanks must go to all the hard working staff that made our short stay most enjoyable. "

"Use hotel when visiting the Towner Art Gallery for an exhibition. I have limited mobility and the hotel provides largely level access with large bedrooms & walkin shower. A wide choice of breakfast options, friendly staff and a 10 minute walk to Cornfield Road for the buses and shopping centre. Handy for other restaurants in the area, along with a cinema & theatre."

"We had a really lovely stay - the room was spacious, really nicely designed, fresh muted colours, with stylish details (and lots of plug sockets!), very comfortable bed, an excellent shower room, peaceful spot with lovely view, yet easy to walk into town, great staff, felt very festive and cheerful decorated for the season. parking easy to get at too and very central."

"The hotel wad in a good location within 10 mins walk of the centre of Rye. Free parking was a real benefit. Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with a nice view looking out over the river. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay at the Haven hotel and would thoroughly recommend. "
