"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"Property seemed nice on arrival but very basic kitchen utensils etc, dodgy fridge, dirty bathroom with hairs on floor, sides and a collection within the bath plug hole... The bath itself also was not very inviting and requires updating or atleast the shower unit. No hot tub although it clearly states on the advert itself and on all my booking correspondents..
