"The hotel room was clean, and tidy. Bathroom was spotless. There wasnt a store to buy snacks just a vending machine. Could not find a convenient store in or near location, which was odd. At the time, there were no bottled water in the vending machine, however, the hotel provided ice water in the lobby. "
"My husband and I stayed here for a quick anniversary getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, both in the rooms and in the public areas. Enjoyed the 24 access to coffee. The only disappointment was the breakfast options and the quality of the breakfast options. Everything else was top notch, and I highly recommend this hotel."

"Room was very spacious. Vanity was outside the bathroom which helps with multiple people getting ready. Beds were comfortable. Cooling system was a little noisy when it kicked on but room temperature was perfect"
"This is a brand-new property, which is something I always love, offering large rooms with a nearly full kitchen at a very reasonable rate, just a 15-minute drive from Downtown Syracuse. The only issue I had was with coffee. Every hotel has a small coffee maker in each room with packets of coffee, or at least some method of making a hot beverage. Since there is no breakfast or food of any kind available on-site (except for an oddly stocked vending machine), we planned to have coffee in the room....
"Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was super comfortable and clean. Love the mosaic tiled bathroom. Great bar - perfect dry dirty Martini. Breakfast was meh, but lots of places for that close by if you need something more than continental basic. "
