Summary:
A small one-bedroom apartment that has all the comforts of home such as a single pod coffee pot, ROKU TV (in both the bedroom and living room), and WIFI. The living room has a dedicated desk for working when you are supposed to be enjoying your vacation, The couch is a pull-out sofa if additional room is needed for sleep. The kitchen is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

This is a small older neighborhood within 5 minutes to the hospital, 15 minutes to Tansi Resort, Fairfield Glade, Cumberland State Park and many Golf courses across the Crossville area.

Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.
