"Poppy’s place was the perfect set up for our family scalloping trip. We go with our extended family and this location had space for all of us. It was nice to have indoor and outdoor space including a charcoal grill, dock, and screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Came during scallop season and couldn’t have been happier with this rental. Short walk to the dock to go scalloping which was a plus. I would recommend this rental to anyone staying in Steinhatchee because this place was as advertised. "

"This home was perfect for our family of six, five adults and one teen. Very functional and beautiful. The view of the river from the dock was serene and morning coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Captain Cas was easily reached by text. Definitely would stay here again. "

"We had a great stay! My husband and I came to fish for the weekend, and it was so nice being close to everything but not needing to go anywhere if we didn’t want to. The bed was super comfy, the full-size appliances made it easy to cook nice meals, and the WiFi is great! "

"Really enjoyed our stay. House is very clean and comfortable. Lots of games and books provided. Plenty of room to spread out a large group with the second living room upstairs and all the large porches. Really enjoyed the porches. Easy short walk to the boat dock. "

"Had a great time celebrating our son’s 21st birthday. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! House was beautiful and very clean. We had 8 adults and we all fit comfortably. Was great to have the dock for the boat. Enjoyed swimming and floating by the dock. Was in a great location on the water, there was lots of springs we got to boat to and hang out at. The access instructions were clear, the accomodations were comfy and cozy, and the location was convenient to everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
