"I know surprises can be a great thing... but not when it comes to booking a place for your family to stay while on a vacation. With that said, this stay was "beautifully boring" - that is to say, everything was exactly what we were hoping for and expecting. No nasty surprises like mystery stains, broken amenities, or rowdy neighbors. Plenty of towels. There was even a nice little backyard that our kids used to run off a little energy. We were in town for the skate park, which is only about 15...

"Very nice house. Just as advertised. The fist night there was a party at the neighbors house behind, gave slight concern for that. That was a Saturday night, after that the neighborhood seemed calmer and more secure. "

"Location was perfect for my meetings. Close to Publix, nice shopping areas & restaurants. Very quiet. House was clean. Bed was comfortable. My only comment, which is really more of a heads up, is to stop at Publix (5 min drive) on your way in and get all your paper products and coffee items. Kitchen and bathrooms weren’t well stocked for a five night stay. "

"I would not stay at this property again. The house was advertised to sleep 12, but that’s not realistic. We had 10 people, and it only worked because several shared beds. The pull‑out couch had only a bottom sheet and there were no extra sheets or blankets anywhere in the house, so it wasn’t usable. None of the beds had top sheets, and I wasn’t confident the blankets were washed. We also found an acrylic nail in one of the beds.The house was only surface‑cleaned.
