"Staff very helpful and a good location for all amenities , will book again"

"It was so peaceful, own restaurant to eat at, good food and not expensive,, didnt need to leave the property for anything unless u wanted too, parking simple and free. Rooms were nice."

"Clean adiquet room.Easy parking"

"First time, certainly not the last. Was a fantastic little staycation for my family with young kids. The only regret was that we didn’t book longer, but we know for next time!"

"Reception staff were exceptionally helpful, but the bathroom did have mould in the shower and the showerhead didn't work the first day, but the reception staff organised a plumber immediately. Also one of toiler paper holders was broken. Whilst the reception staff were fabulous I did not think that I should be reporting faults which should have been picked up by the cleaning staff and reported before the room was occupied. The food and staff at the hotel were excellent."

"Excellent stay, we had the 2 bedroom loft apartment with a belcony. Seaviews were amazing and the unit itself is very spacious and very clean and tidy. A home away from home. Definitely recommend Seaview Apartments😊"

"The one thing we didn't like was a double bed with one side access and one side was the wall it made it very awkward and the unit itself was okay but really to be honest was only designed for a single person not for a couple and definitely not for kids. Parking was ok just outside our room. I think it was a bit overpriced for what we got and to cut along the story short we didn't stay the night because our plans fell through and we thought one hour drive and we would have our own comfortable bed...

"It is not the most convenient- out of the immediate town. Had to wash dishes in an outside porch. No oven. Quirky set up but clean and tidy"

"Upon arrival on a Thursday early afternoon, we found the twin room clean with reception informing us our room would be cleaned again on the Saturday. When we returned later that day (Saturday), the sheets were not changed, the rubbish bins not emptied and the bathroom had not been cleaned either. This was reported to reception who apologised but there was no offer to clean the room the following day. Pretty poor on their part. Upon our departure (spent 4 nights there), we were asked by...

"Lovely view of city. Friendly staff. Laundry facilities great. Bed comfortable and room size good too."

"Felt very secure"

"Very quiet, as cars are not right outside units, so no loud guest conversations nearby, good location, nicely landscaped"

"Nice nd clean"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Blackwood Valley Suites. Our tent and gazebo broke during the strong winds the night before and we didn’t know where else to go. Irwin was very accommodating and nothing was too much to ask. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud and the shower after a rough night in a tent was truly bliss. Plus it’s only a short drive from Balingup and Bridgetown. Beautiful scenery and just so peaceful. We will definitely be back!"

"An experience but certainly not clean or comfortable to an average standard. So much dust and clutter in the place that we had to wash anything we used. We ate out even at breakfast, so it was only champagne glasses and a couple of plates that we used but they were "sticky" with dust and grime so all needed washing before using them. It is a noisy road and being a corner block, the street lights and car / people noise impacted both nights sleep add to that fact very flat pillows and we really...

"Delightful house beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great location for exploring the Ferguson Valley and close enough to town to pop in to the bakery for coffee and croissants or fresh bread."
