There are spectacular walks to enjoy in and around West Runton, including along the long-distance Norfolk Coast Path. Further afield, spend a day in Sheringham (2 miles) enjoying the many eateries, shops and amusements or Cromer (3 miles), soaking up the traditional seaside atmosphere. Be sure to sample the famous Cromer crab in one of the many seafood restaurants, followed by a variety show at the end of the pier. Heading inland, the elegant, Georgian town of Holt (8 miles) is perfect for a spot of retail therapy, thanks to its independent shops, art galleries and boutique shops.
As you approach the property along the driveway, take a moment to stop and admire the fabulous coastal views. Inside, the stylish property is bright and inviting, with contemporary decor, sleek furniture, and luxurious touches throughout. Enter into the hallway, where you can leave sandy shoes and outdoor attire, before moving through to the impressive living area. First, discover a fabulous lounge, with ample seating for everyone and a Smart TV for enjoying movie nights together. This room opens onto a spacious kitchen, seating area and dining room. In the kitchen is where you’ll find all the equipment and worktop space needed to prepare delicious feasts for the group. Gather around the island or the comfortable seating in the mornings, to savour a coffee and plan the day’s itinerary, or spend memorable evenings together at the formal dining table, sharing a tasty, home-cooked dinner. Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room with a washing machine. There is a ground floor king-size bedroom which features versatile zip and link beds, which can be arranged as a spacious king-size bed or two comfortable single beds to suit your preference. The room also includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a sleek walk in shower and WC, providing added convenience and privacy. Completing the ground floor, for added convenience, you’ll find a separate shower room with WC. Heading upstairs, three tastefully decorated bedrooms await. Choose from a king-size bedroom which boasts sea glimpses and a smart TV, a welcoming double bedroom, or a cosy double bedroom with a 4’ bed. All three bedrooms have ample storage and share a contemporary family bathroom with freestanding bath, walk in shower and WC.
Back downstairs, sliding doors in the kitchen area open onto a gorgeous, enclosed garden. This is the perfect place for al fresco entertaining in summer months, with a patio area with outdoor furniture, a private hot tub, and a lawn where children and dogs can burn off steam in the fresh, sea air.
