"Host welcomed us to his family’s home with homemade honey, soap & lavender sachet! He also arranged a delightful balsamic vinegar tour! Fresh mountain air and view were wonderful! This was definitely an escape from the touristy cities. Everyone was so friendly! We also took longer day trips to Parma via car and Venice via train but loved coming back to this quiet villa. The 2 separate spaces worked well for our family and the pool, lounge chairs & hammock/swing were so relaxing!"

"This was an incredible home! It was absolutely beautiful! The host was very accomodative, kind, caring, and helpful! The restaurant nearby our stay was absolutely delicious, a place recommended to us by our host! The views of the property and of the countryside from inside the property are outstanding! "O nosso quarto, que foi um valor bem elevado, não tinha ar condicionado, a janela , abria cerca de 10 cm, ou seja, não refrescava o quarto. Passamos 4 noites sem dormir devido ao calor . "

"The staff were truly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the self check-in process was smooth and very convenient — definitely a great feature. That said, there were a few aspects that didn’t quite meet our expectations. The heater wasn’t working properly on the first night, switching on and off frequently, which made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably due to both the cold and the noise. The minibar is quite small — we couldn’t even fit more than one regular water bottle inside, so it’s something to keep in mind. The shower could have been better as well, and breakfast felt quite limited. While there was a Nespresso machine available, a proper espresso option would’ve been nice, especially in Italy. It’s also worth noting that the parking isn’t private — it’s in a public plaza right in front of the property, so keep that in mind if you're arriving by car. All in all, there were some lovely elements to our stay, especially the hospitality and check-in process, but a few improvements to comfort and amenities would make the experience much more enjoyable."
