"Several dead bugs on floor. Room was 80+ degrees when we arrived. Took all night to cool down. Night Mgr misinformed us of shuttle services. Jacuzzi tub was nice and bed was clean and shower water pressure was good! Just facts."

The curtains are the first I see that do not shut all the way in, so light from parking lot hits the window the whole night, the safety locker didnt work, the lamp outlet to charge the phone didnt work, the a/c panel...

"The staff went above and beyond! Very helpful, all the way from the housekeepers, to front desk, etc. I really thought they were friendly. The sheets were very clean and smelled nice. There is a sealed bug and waterproof mattress cover over the mattress, followed by a mattress pad and a fitted sheet, then the top sheet, soft blanket and a coverlet. Is this place older, yes.
